By using this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Preowned Luxuries Ltd specialises in:

• Sale of pre-owned luxury watches (collection only)
• Sale of pre-owned luxury jewellery
• Sale of pre-owned luxury bags and accessories
• Buying luxury items from customers
• Consignment services
• Valuations

All items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated.

2. Accounts & Orders

• You may create an account to place orders and manage purchases.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details.

A contract is formed only once:

• Payment has cleared, and
• Order confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:

• Fraud is suspected
• Payment fails
• Pricing errors occur
• Stock is unavailable

3. Pricing & Payments

We accept:

• Debit / Credit Cards
• Bank Transfer

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to amend prices before order confirmation.

4. Product Condition & Authentication

• All items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear.
• Minor wear consistent with previous use does not constitute a defect.
• All items are inspected and authenticated prior to sale.
• Serial numbers, model numbers and identifying features are recorded for fraud prevention.

5. Watches – Collection Only

All watches are strictly available for in-store collection unless agreed otherwise in writing.

At collection:

• Government-issued ID may be required
• The payment card may need to be presented
• A Collection Confirmation Form must be signed
• Serial numbers are verified

Risk passes to the buyer upon physical handover and signed confirmation.

If a customer chooses to arrange their own courier, this is done entirely at the customer's risk.

6. Warranty

As items are pre-owned, we provide:

1 Month Limited Warranty from date of collection or delivery.

This covers:

• Mechanical faults (watches)
• Functional defects not caused by misuse

This does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• Water damage
• Wear and tear
• Servicing requirements
• Battery replacement
• Cosmetic marks

Your statutory rights under UK law remain unaffected.

7. Water Resistance Disclaimer

• Water resistance ratings are based on original manufacturer specifications.
• As items are pre-owned, we do not guarantee water resistance unless confirmed in writing.
• Customers are advised to have watches professionally tested before water exposure.
• We are not liable for water damage occurring after purchase.

8. Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return period from date of delivery for eligible items.

Conditions:

• Item must be unworn
• Item must not have been resized or altered
• Security tags intact
• Returned in original condition

Non-returnable items:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Resized or customised items
• Bespoke or special orders

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed after inspection.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Inspection on Delivery

• Customers must inspect items within 48 hours of delivery.
• Any issues must be reported in writing with photographs within this period.

10. Shipping (Jewellery & Accessories Only)

We ship within the UK and internationally.

All shipments are:

• Fully tracked
• Insured
• Signature required for high-value items

Risk passes upon confirmed delivery.

International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

11. Loss in Transit

If we ship to you:

• We will investigate any confirmed loss with the courier.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed after courier confirmation.

If you return an item:

• Risk remains with you until received by us.
• You must use insured, tracked shipping.

If you send items to us for sale, valuation or consignment:

• You are responsible for adequate insurance unless we provide a prepaid label.

• No finance or third-party interest exists

14. Serial Number & Fraud Protection

All items are recorded with:

• Serial numbers
• Model numbers
• Condition photographs

Returned items must match our records.

Tampered or altered serial numbers will be treated as fraudulent and reported.

15. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback, we will provide:

• Proof of delivery or collection
• Signed collection confirmation
• Serial number records
• Order confirmation
• Authentication evidence

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal recovery action.

16. Anti-Fraud & Verification

We reserve the right to:

• Request ID verification
• Delay shipment pending security checks
• Cancel suspicious orders

We may share fraud-related information with payment processors or authorities.

17. Limitation of Liability
