PreOwned Luxuries offers a 14-day hassle-free return policy for all items, excluding those made to your personal specifications.

To initiate a return with PreOwned Luxuries, you must inform us within 14 days of your intent to return the item, either via email or phone. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Upon your return request, PreOwned Luxuries will provide you with an RMA number and the return address. It is essential to include this RMA number with your return; otherwise, we may not be able to process it.

Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and contents. Make sure it is securely packaged for the return journey. We recommend using tracked delivery with sufficient insurance when returning items to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or not as described.

All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days, and refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
