1. Our Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery (or collection where applicable), subject to the conditions below.
This policy applies to eligible items purchased via our website.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- The item must not have been resized, altered or modified.
- All security tags and seals must remain intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Earrings (due to hygiene regulations)
- Resized jewellery
- Custom or bespoke items
- Items altered after purchase
- Items with removed or tampered security tags
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.
4. Watches (Collection Only)
All watches are sold on a collection-only basis unless agreed otherwise in writing.
For watches collected in person:
- The item is inspected and confirmed at handover.
- A Collection Confirmation Form is signed.
- Serial numbers are verified.
Once collected and signed for, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty under statutory rights.
5. Faulty or Not as Described Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
- As described
- Of satisfactory quality (considering they are pre-owned)
- Fit for purpose
If a fault is identified within 30 days of purchase, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
After 30 days, we may offer repair or replacement before refund where appropriate.
6. How to Return an Item
To request a return:
- Email preownedluxuries@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Await return instructions.
Returns must be shipped using:
- Fully tracked service
- Appropriate insurance for item value
Risk remains with you until the item is received by us.
We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
7. Refund Process
Once received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We may deduct reasonable amounts for diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
8. Inspection & Condition Verification
All returned items undergo condition verification.
We record:
- Serial numbers
- Model numbers
- Condition photographs
If returned items:
- Do not match our records
- Show signs of wear
- Have altered or removed serial numbers
The return may be refused and treated as suspected fraudulent activity.
9. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
10. Late Returns
Returns requested outside the 14-day period may be refused.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are required to follow this returns procedure before initiating any payment dispute.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of account
- Recovery of losses
- Legal action

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
