DELIVERY
We offer complimentary next-day delivery on all items purchased through our website. Typically, your order will be sent via Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.
For all orders, please allow up to three working days for delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or events outside of their control.
You will be required to sign for the receipt of your items at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the item(s), you may need to collect them from your local delivery office. Please do not sign for or accept any parcels that appear damaged or have been tampered with.
When returning items, please ensure the product is in its original packaging, along with all accessories and contents. Make sure the item is properly packaged for return. We recommend using tracked delivery with adequate insurance when sending items back to us.
HIGH VALUE ORDERS
High-value orders may be subject to further security checks, which could delay the shipping of your order.
For high-value orders over £10,000 and up to £15,000, we will request you to provide proof of ID along with address verification for either the billing or shipping address. Such orders will only be processed once we have validated your ID and address proof.
For high-value orders over £15,000, we request that you visit one of our stores to collect your order. At the time of collection, you will be asked to present proof of ID along with address verification.
